We provide both Business Consulting and Business Coaching services. You may ask, "Well, what's the difference?" While both consulting and coaching involve engaging one of our skilled professionals to assist our client in achieving business goals, the primary difference lies in how we support the client.

Consulting involves providing expertise, analysis, and recommendations for how our client should solve a a particular problem. The engagement is typically tactically-oriented and generally more short-term focused. Depending on the work to be done, our consultant(s) will answer questions, analyze specific situations or problems, offer advice, make recommendations, teach new skills, or create an action plan. In many cases we will also implement the action plan, manage, and perform the work.

Coaching on the other hand is usually done on a one-on-one basis with a client to facilitate personal or professional change. The coach listens, asks questions and then meets with the client on an on-going basis to hold him or her accountable. However, with coaching, it is the client that does the work to implement any suggested action steps.

Coaching

When was the last time you spent uninterrupted time totally focused on the growth and success of your business? Many business owners and managers are so busy managing the day-to-day operations of their business that they fail to consistently step back and take a strategic longer-term view of their company.

When you engage on of our Business Coaches we will help you develop a strategic action plan so that you can start spending more time working on your business rather than just in your business. Not only will we help you develop the plan, but our consistent periodic sessions will keep you accountable to the plan.

In our first session, together we will determine what area of your business can benefit the most quickly from a strategic plan. We will start there and then build as we go to eventually cover all aspects of your business including Leadership, Management, Finance, Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery.

How it works

  • Sessions are typically about an hour in length and take place in a quiet place away from your business office over coffee or a meal.
  • You select the frequency of the sessions. The frequency for our Full Speed plan is once a week. The frequency of our Half Speed plan is twice a month.
  • Fees are billed on a fixed monthly retainer basis with a minimum three-month commitment to start.
